1. Agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms with Evermore AI Technologies. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details. One account per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended without reward payment.

3. Activation

Account activation costs a one-time ₦14,200, disclosed before registration. It is the only account fee and there are no plan tiers. Activation unlocks paid task queues and the withdrawal feature. It does not guarantee task availability or any level of reward.

4. Tasks and rewards

• Rewards are paid for reviewed work only, at the rates shown at task time.
• Published figures are projected reward opportunities and are not guaranteed income, wages or investment returns.
• Work that is copied, automated, low quality or dishonest may be rejected and may lead to suspension.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals require an activated account and a sufficient validated balance. Requests move through Pending, Processing and Completed. We may pause a withdrawal while investigating suspected abuse.

6. Content licence

You grant Evermore a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use submitted contributions to train, evaluate and improve EverAI. You confirm your contributions are your own.

7. Prohibited use

No bots, scraping, multiple accounts, misleading recruitment claims, or presenting Evermore as an investment or income guarantee.

8. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evermore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of expected rewards.
