Refund & Payment Policy

1. Payments

Activation payments are processed by Paystack. Evermore does not store your card details. Every payment is verified on our servers before your account status changes.

2. Activation fee

The account activation fee is a one-time ₦14,200. It grants access to paid task queues and the withdrawal feature. It is not a deposit, investment or purchase of future earnings.

3. Refunds

• If a payment is debited but your account is not activated, contact support@evermore.ai with your payment reference. Verified cases are corrected or refunded in full.
• Duplicate payments for the same account are refunded once verified against our transaction log.
• After activation is granted and platform access has been used, the fee is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

4. Failed or pending payments

A payment that fails verification leaves your account in Pending Activation. No access is granted and no charge is retained for a failed transaction.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are validated against your server-side balance and processed in the order received. Statuses are Pending, Processing and Completed. Incorrect bank details may delay or fail a payout.

6. Disputes

Raise any payment dispute with support@evermore.ai, including the transaction reference.
